The Code Department (Building Safety Department) includes the Building Official, one Building Inspector, one Rental Inspector/Building Inspector and a secretary. Their primary responsibility is the enforcement of the Minnesota State Building Code along with the Faribault Rental Registration Program and the Manufactured Home Point of Sale Program in the City of Faribault.
