NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a Special Closed Meeting on Tuesday, December 20, 2011, commencing at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 208 1st Avenue NW, Faribault, Minnesota for the following purpose: 1. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, subdivision 2(a)(2), to conduct a closed session to update the Council on department investigation and active investigative data or internal affairs data relating to allegations of law enforcement personnel misconduct collected or created by a state agency, statewide system, or political subdivision.
