How to Pay Your Utility Bill
The City of Faribault provides water, sewer and storm water services. Utility Billing account information can be obtained online by clicking here or by contacting City Utility Billing at 507-333-0392 from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Note, Summer hours begin the first Monday after Memorial Day and end the Friday before Labor Day. Summer hours are Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and on Friday, 7 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Utilities are billed on a monthly basis and are due on the 5th of each month. New service requires an application which is provided below.
You can pay your utility bill from your checking or savings account automatically by providing your information on the Utility Billing Payment Authorization Form provided below. This will authorize the City to automatically debit your bank account monthly and pay your bill electronically.
Utility bills can be paid from the comfort of your home or office - It's free, fast and easy to use.
Pay online with a credit card, debit card, or an electronic debit from your bank account. There are no checks to write, no stamps to buy, and no fee to use this service!
Phone payments can be made by calling (507) 412-5983. This is a free payment service that accepts a bank account, credit or debit card.

You may drop off your utility payment at City Hall by using the silver drop box located on the north side of the City Hall building (not the blue mailbox), or at the front desk on Second Floor. Check, cash, money order, Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted at the counter.
