Ice Arena

The Faribault Ice Arena is an all-purpose and all-season arena nestled in the heart of Faribault's beautiful Alexander Park. The Arena is host to community Park and Recreation programs such as youth and adult skating lessons and open public skating.


Activities & Features


Many entertainment and sporting events are also held at the Arena, such as hockey tournaments and ice time for school hockey programs, the Good Sam Jamboree, the annual TRAM get-together, and much more

Open Skate changes for 2020-21

Skaters MUST preregister to secure a spot on the ice.  We are limited to 50 skaters on the ice.  Saturdays you can book 12:30-1:45 or 2:15-3:30 and Sunday you can register for a 6:00pm-7:00pm or a 7:30pm-8:30pm time slot.

 PLEASE CALL 334-2064 TO BOOK THE SESSION YOU WANT. 

 You can reserve your spot on the Monday before the weekend that you wish to skate. 

During Spring Break week, you can start reserving a spot on Friday March 12 for that week only.
