2155 is the first apparatus out the door for fires, fire alarms, and some hazmat situations.
2155 consists of a Rosenbauer Commander cab/chassis, an extruded aluminum body, and was built at the Rosenbauer plant in Wyoming MN. Its basic layout is similar to 2115 (our 2008 engine) to keep some continuity in operation, however there were many upgrades and changes to make it more effective.
Below are some of 2155’s specifications:
• 400 HP Cummins Engine
• 1,500 GPM Waterous Pump
• 25 Gallon On-Board Foam System
• 1,000 Gallon On-Board Water Tank
• Honda 5KW On-Board Generator
• 2 – 200 ft Pre-Connects
• 5” Rear Intake
• Rear View Camera
2155 also carries a variety of ladders, fans, a thermal imager, K12 saw, chainsaw, laptop for pre-plans, and different hand tools.
We’re excited to have 2155 in service and about the new features it offers to make us safer and more effective.
