RFP - Enterprise Resource Planning Software

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the City of Faribault (The City) desires to purchase or otherwise acquire rights to use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software that meets the requirements identified.  

In addition, the City requires proposals for professional services necessary to implement the system and train users on the new software. Vendors offering hosted services or software as a service system are encouraged to propose, but hosting services are not required. 

It is the City’s intent to select proposals that best meet the needs of the City for an overall ERP system and utility billing system (collectively referred to as the “ERP System”). The City expects to have one integrated system (either with a single system or integrated systems) that includes functions listed in this RFP; however, the City may select different vendors for each of the scope options defined. Proposers may submit a proposal to one or more scope options.
