City seeks proposals for removal of VP Online Auctions, Lockerby buildings

The City of Faribault is requesting proposals from interested parties for the purchase of one or more of the City-owned structures at 55 Willow Street (former VP Online Auctions) and 217 Mill Street (former Lockerby Sheet Metal).  Proposals are due by Noon on Friday, May 20, 2022.  

The above-mentioned buildings are labeled as structures A-F in the below graphic, as well as in the linked Request For Proposal document. The structure(s) are to be moved off site. The structure(s) will be offered for sale by sealed bid with no minimum bid reserve. The structure(s) must be completely moved on or before July 1, 2022, and all restoration completed as directed by the City. Any structures not sold under this RFP will be demolished under a separate contract process at a later date.
