New residents or renters can print or fill out an application for utility services from the website. Once complete, you can return via email, mail, drop box or you can come in to City Hall to drop it off. Additionally, we can give you the application to complete in person (second floor).

The full balance due plus a reconnection fee must be paid before your water can be restored. This can be done Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at City Hall on second floor. Water service will be restored on the day of payment. Service will not be restored on weekends.
